Understanding CG-CAHPS
Evolved from work done by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s CAHPS Consortium, CG-CAHPS offers uniquely valuable medical group measurement. PRC has long provided input and insights from its experiences to these working groups and continues to participate in routine calls with members of the CAHPS® Consortium. By assessing providers, medical groups, and clinics CG-CAHPS surveys show healthcare providers where and how they need to grow their practices to improve patients’ perceptions of the care they deliver.
